Sandbox simulations for processing bank transfers is unavailable

At approximately 2pm CT, our Sandbox environment began experiencing issues with processing pending bank transfers via the "Process bank transfers" button and /sandbox-simulations endpoint. We identified and resolved the issue at approximately 8:30am CT on 10/13. Any pending transactions created during that time should be able to be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience and delays this may have caused with testing in our Sandbox environment.
