Update
A fix has been deployed, and new notifications are being processed normally. Our team is working through a process to send the pending notifications that were generated from approximately 3:20pm through 7pm CT. We will update the incident when that is completed.

We are currently experiencing delays in sending certain operational notifications. This impacts only the email notifications themselves and does not affect the underlying transaction processing or any other parts of the platform.
Affected Operational Notification: - MassPay completed emails - Some transfer completion and transfer failed emails
