Issues creating Verified Customers

At approximately 9:19am Central Time, we began experiencing issues with the creation of new Verified Customer accounts in the Dwolla API (POST /customers) where requests exceeded normal response times and returned an HTTP 500 response (server error). This issue only impacted the creation of new Verified Customers or upgrading an Unverified Customer to a Verified Customer. This issue was resolved at 11:10am CT. We apologize for any inconvenience.
