[Sandbox] Experiencing degraded performance in Sandbox

Resolved

We began experiencing degraded performance in Sandbox starting at 4:25 AM CDT April 27, 2022. The issue was resolved at around 7:15 AM CDT. During this time API calls to Sandbox intermittently returned HTTP 500 responses (server error), webhooks were delayed, and the Sandbox Dashboard would have been unavailable for some periods of time.
