At approximately 11:30am CDT we were alerted about an issue with the queue that is tasked with delivering webhook requests to applications that have an active webhook subscription. We identified a high volume of webhooks in the queue starting approximately 8:45am CDT. This high volume resulted in long delays in delivery attempts to all API consumers in the Sandbox environment that lasted throughout the business day.
