Investigating

At approximately 6:45pm Central Time on Nov. 8, 2021, we began experiencing issues with the creation of new Verified Customer accounts in the Dwolla API (POST /customers) and HTTP 500 responses (server error) being returned. This issue only impacted the creation of new Verified Customers or upgrading an Unverified Customer to a Verified Customer. We are currently investigating this issue.
