[Sandbox] Intermittent availability and high response times in the API

This incident has been resolved. The affected time period was from approximately 2022-04-28 03:30:00 UTC to 2022-04-28 09:30:00 UTC.

During this timeframe, we identified irregular API response times and HTTP 500 responses for a percentage of API consumers on the platform. We apologize for any inconvenience and we assure you that our team is working towards a solution to improve and restore stability to the API in our Sandbox environment.
