Investigating

We’re currently investigating an issue with Customer record search not returning results based on a partial or full customer name. Exact match full-text string search will still work as expected on Customer ID and email address. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working diligently on a resolution for existing customer search functionality. Previous Customer search functionality that included Customer name may potentially be unavailable for a period of time.
